Returns & Right of Withdrawal

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at modeviaclothing@gmail.com and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Please include your order number whenever possible.

After receiving your withdrawal request, we will provide you with information on how and where to return the goods.

Please contact us at modeviaclothing@gmail.com before sending any items back. Once your return has been accepted, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and further instructions.

Please do not send any goods back before receiving the relevant return instructions from us.

Return Shipping Costs

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. We generally do not provide free return labels unless the goods are damaged, defective, or were delivered incorrectly.

Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect and try on the goods to the extent that would be possible in a physical retail store. Please handle the goods with care and, where possible, return them with the original tags and packaging.

You are only responsible for any loss in value if this loss results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to inspect their condition, characteristics, or functionality.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order after receiving it. If an item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at modeviaclothing@gmail.com.

In such cases, we will review your request and provide an appropriate solution. Any necessary return shipping costs resulting from a defective or incorrect delivery will be covered by us.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods that are made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, as well as certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or another item, you may return the item you received under your right of withdrawal and place a new order afterwards.
